billingjet | a的附加参数

If you configure billingjet agi application in asterisk dial plan but not from unibilling web, the following extra parameters need to be set correctly too:

0: Prefix for matching rate table

1: Strip MSD

2: Prefix for adding to trunk

3: Trunk name

4: LCR Priority

5: Time Out No Answer

6: Prefix for dial

For example, the following exten:

exten => _011Z.,3,agi,billingjet|a:1:lowcredit:callout_icall:5:8:2:2:en:::^2^00^2177^0^80^

The common part is:

:1:lowcredit:callout_icall:5:8:2:2:en:::

The extra part is:

^2^00^2177^0^80^
